multi EA 3100 – intelligent elemental analysis with flame sensor technology

The multi EA 3100 elemental analyzer represents a new generation of elemental analyzers for the determination of C, S, N and Cl in solid, liquid and gaseous samples. The analysis system is especially well suited for the analysis of petrochemical and related samples, such as oil, fuel, solvents, polymers, rubber, gas and liquid gas analysis, as well as EOX and AOX analysis.

A hitherto unattained variability in a single device opens new horizons in elemental analysis. The analysis of sulphur, nitrogen, chlorine and carbon in hydrocarbons takes place automatically and in a controlled manner - for liquid samples, solids or gases. The analyzer offers the most conceivably simple operation and satisfies the highest standards of quality for analysis results. Vertical or horizontal sample insertion are combined in one device thanks to the Double Furnace Technology. The Self Check System controls all relevant system parameters and ensures problem-free operation under industrial conditions.

Controlled combustion in excess oxygen is the key to complete and safe oxidation of the sample and therefore the basis for precise and reliable measurement results.

Flame sensor technology ensures the complete oxidation of the sample in excess oxygen.
